Green Pathways Training (GPT) with the help of The Environmental Education Center (TEEC) provides training for environmental products, services and solutions.  We believe a forward-thinking society should place environmental products at the top of their shopping lists and support the companies that care enough to provide them. 

GPT believes corporations can make a huge difference in our battle to save Earth and humanity. To enhance the green corporate impact GPT is developing a comprehensive Green NAM program. These Green NAMs will advance green tech and provide unique business solutions for corporations.

Green Pathways Training offers the following courses:

Train The Trainer
Green Pathways Trainer
Green NAM

Train The Trainer –  An advanced course designed to develop top tier trainers. The course will train and then identify top trainers for both specialized areas as well achieving a thorough understanding of the Green Pathways course.

 

Train The Trainer graduates will be expected to be proficient at:

a) Delivering a comprehensive environmental, health and business oriented three hour Green Pathways Training class.
b) Training and developing other trainers to deliver GPT, Green NAM or other classes.
c) Work with other Train The Trainer managers to help participants to graduate.
d) Help determine candidates for other positions like Project Managers, NAM’s, Management, HR and PR to name a few.
e) Providing a positive and supportive environment where course participants can begin to discover their green career path.

1^st Year – Train The Trainer: $100k to $150k
1^st Year – Train The Trainer Manager:  TTT compensation plus 15%

1^st Year – Train The Trainer Director: TTT compensation plus 30%

Note: Train The Trainer positions include performance based bonuses, profit sharing and a trip incentive.

 

 
Green Pathways Trainer – An educational training program to develop professional GPT presentation presenters. Each graduate will be known as a Green Pathways Trainer. GPT’s will provide a three-hour comprehensive course either live and or virtual. Interfacing with participants one hour before and after each class.  

Green Pathways Trainer graduates will be proficient at:

a) Delivering a comprehensive environmental, health and business oriented three-hour Green Pathways class.
b) Encouraging GP class participants to join Global Environmental Network (GEN).
c) Identifying potential candidates for other positions like Project Managers, NAM’s, Management, HR, PR to name a few.
e) Provide a positive and supportive environment where course participants can shift to a green pathway or discover a green career.

1^st Year – Green Pathways Trainer: $75k to $150k
1^st Year – Train The Trainer Manager:  GPT compensation plus 15%

1^st Year – Train The Trainer Director: GPT compensation plus 30%

2^nd Year – It is anticipated that top GPT Performers could double their first year income. 

Note: Green Pathway Trainer positions include performance based bonuses, profit sharing and a trip incentive.
 
Green NAM – Green NAM (National Account Manager) will sell green oriented products and services to corporations.

The Green NAM is highly confidential program therefore no details other than general compensation notes are available at this time.

1^st Year – Green NAMs are expected to earn a minimum of $150k to $300k
1^st Year – 2% to 5% of Green NAMs are anticipated to earn over $1M by the end of their first year. Golden handcuffs apply.
